We use trusted third-party shipping carriers to deliver your orders. Once your package has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier to ensure delivery.

Delays & Issues
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we do not control shipping carriers and are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • High shipping volumes

If your package is delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
