Return & Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item is damaged during shipping.

Damaged Items Only
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence of the damage before opening or using the product. This includes photos of the packaging and the item as it was received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on the next steps. Items reported after being opened, used, or without proof of damage upon arrival will not be accepted.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds (Damaged Items Only)
Once we review and approve your damage claim, you will be notified. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
